Common Goldeneye
Common Goldeneyes are widespread sea ducks found in parts of North America, Asia, and Europe. They nest in tree cavities and their breeding range is in northern boreal forests. They have golden yellow eyes which gives them their name; males have a conspicuous round white cheek patch. This is our totally cute Birdorable Common Goldeneye!
