The Ridgway's Hawk is a species of raptor historically found on the island of Hispaniola and other nearby islands. The range has shrunk in modern time and the bird is considered to be Critically Endangered. Adult Ridgway's Hawks have brown-grey upperparts and grey and reddish-brown barred underparts. The tail is barred. The base of its bill and its legs are yellow.
